It has such vibrancy without losing its balance and sweetness that make Ethiopian coffees so wonderful. It really brings a nice, clean vanilla hint.

It's a really good, versatile coffee that has hints of Chocolate & Hazelnuts which all lend themselves to being a great starting point in a blend.

This coffee is used across more blends than any other, and for a reason. It's versatility is fantastic.
